Welcome to an elegant Restaurant REFECTORY in the gothic interiors of the Castle in Ryn.

The Chef Krzysztof Mazurek serves exquisite and sophisticated dishes based on the best traditional recipes all year long.

The Restaurant REFECTORY offers breakfasts in a form of a very rich buffet: yogurt, cereal, muesli, boards of hard cheese, soft and blue cheese, cottage cheese, ‘breakfast’ spread, vegetable salads, herring salads, smoked fish, marinated fish, salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, boards of cured meats and roast meat, pates, a choice of bread, sweet bread, fruit, juice, coffee, tea. At, so called ‘omelette station’ our cooks scramble eggs with various extras and make fluffy omelettes in front of our Guests.

In the spring our Guests should taste asparagus, crayfish and roast lamb. In the summer we recommend vegetarian dishes. Autumn specialities are mushroom and game dishes (wild boars, deers, fallow deers, hares, pheasants, wild fowl). Winter means brilliant pieces of Slavic cuisine: stuffed dumplings called ‘pierogi’, potato dumplings called ‘pyzy’, potato-plum dumplings called’knedle’, and hash browns.

All year long, our Castle pastry cook is able to daze with sweet and extraordinary delicacies.

On Sundays our Guests are provided with unforgettable atmosphere of elegance and magi, accompanied by the guitar music.
