For many people the knowledge about wine is still something exceptional and original, available only for the chosen. It doesn’t have to be the case. We organise wine displays,connected with wine tasting, conducted by our professional sommelier. A qualified wine adviser, who specialises in such events, will do their best to make it light, cheerful and playful for everyone involved.
However, it’s not only about having fun but we also teach some basic information about wine growing, producing and classifying wine, label reading, tasting techniques, keeping and matching wine. We also organise dinners or a cycle of theme dinners, referring to wine regions – places proposed by us or our Guests.
Wine Tasting is a wonderful finishing touch to a business meeting: it introduces a great atmosphere, relaxes and pleases our Guests. Wine Tasting with a commentary in the Hotel CASTLE RYN**** allows to overcome all inhibitions and feel like a genuine sommelier.
