Cancel reservation:

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 21 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest for 20% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 20% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. The remaining amount is payable to the site upon check-in. If you choose a traditional transfer to the hotel's account, it is required to send a bank confirmation of payment to hotel@zamekryn.pl within 72 hours. The reservation of several rooms obliges the person making the reservation to settle the order with one bill.

Children policy:

Children under 5 ( max 2 child) can stay at the Hotel at no charge if they sleep in the parents' bed. Please tick the option in additional services. Children aged 6-12 receive a discount on special offers. Children above 13 are charged the full price. In some special offers the price of stay of children above 13 can be lower.

Animals policy:

Pets are accepted. A daily fee of PLN 100 per animal applies. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel’s restaurant and should be leashed in public areas (dogs should wear a muzzle).
