Refektarz Restaurant

Breakfasts from Monday to Friday from 07.00 - 10.30, Saturday - Sunday from 07.00 - 11.00

Dinners are served from 17:00 to 21:00 Buffet meals include two soups, one of which is vegetarian, 4 main dishes including meat and fish, a vegetarian dish, boiled vegetables, a potato side, salads, a sweet buffet with homemade pastries, as well as fruits and water, coffee and tea. Other drinks are available for an additional fee.

In case of a small number of guests in the hotel, breakfasts and dinners are served in a served form.

We also invite you to our Gościniec Ryński Młyn Open from: Monday - Thursday, Sunday 12.00 - 21.00, Friday - Saturday 12.00 - 22.00

Four-legged friends are welcome in the Owners’ hotel room (fee 100 PLN per day). The hotel Restaurant Refektarz does not host four-legged friends.

Worth to know

Hotel stay duration is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Please be advised that starting from January 1, 2020, to issue a VAT invoice for a receipt, you must provide a tax identification number (NIP) before it is printed – (Article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who are not conducting business activities.

Cancel reservation:

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 7 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest for 20% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 20% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. The remaining amount is payable to the site upon check-in. If you choose a traditional transfer to the hotel's account, it is required to send a bank confirmation of payment to hotel@zamekryn.pl within 72 hours. The reservation of several rooms obliges the person making the reservation to settle the order with one bill.

Children policy:

Children up to 5 years old stay for free if they sleep on their parents' bed (please check the option in the add-ons). Maximum number of free children in full-paying parents' room - 2. Children aged 6-12 receive a discount on special offers. Children aged 13 and over are counted as full-paid. In some special offers, prices for children from 13 years of age may be lower.

Animals policy:

Pets are welcome. It is necessary to register your stay at the time of booking, as not all rooms allow dogs. The fee is PLN 100 per day for an animal. Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant or SPA areas, and they must be on a leash in public areas (dogs must be muzzled). The regulations for staying with a dog at Hotel Zamek Ryn**** apply.
