Located in the oldest and most magical part of the 14thcentury castle, the two-hall Refectory Restaurant cultivate the most exquisite culinary traditions. The Chef gained his culinary experience at the most prestigious hotel facilities in the North West of England. His experience allows him to compose dishes with refined craftsmanship, light works of culinary tastes from a combination of traditional Polish cuisine and trendy Fusion cuisine. The Chef’s crown dish is the duck feet config, secret spices and herbs from the Castle garden as well as a special process of preparation of meat extracts a range of flavours and aromas.
Each season is a perfect reason for culinary inspiration. Spring characterises in asparagus, crayfish and baked lamb. Summer is dominated by vegetarian dishes. Autumn specialities are dishes with mushrooms and game ( mushrooms, saffron, deer, wild boar, pheasant). Winter, on the other hand, deserves the highest recognition of Slavic cuisine or various types of dumplings, and aromatic potato cake. Our rich and varied menu will suit every palate, and even for the sweet tooth, Ryn has a lot of surprises. Throughout the year, the castle confectioner can work wonders in the form of cakes and desserts with melting chocolate in your mouth, fragrant and fresh fruit and the highest quality ingredients.
