2 x Duchess Anna’s Massage - An original massage offered by Hotel ZAMEK RYN****, a true favourite among our Guests. An intense, energetic ritual based on revitalising oils. The treatment techniques used in the massage have an analgesic and incredibly relaxing effect

2 x Floating - Your body floats freely in supine position in supersaturated salt solution. High concentration of Epsom salt in the solution allows the body to reach the state of weightlessness. You can float freely without any special breathing techniques and muscle spasms. All group muscles can relax for longer while in this state of zero gravity. The floatation pool is filled with saltwater – staying in it can be compared to experiencing weightlessness. The body relaxes as you lay in the saltwater solution with the same temperature as the outer surface of the skin (from 34.8 to 35.2°C). The room is completely dark and quiet in order to keep the nervous system and the brain free from any outside distractions. Sensory deprivation not only allows us to relax at a psychological level, but also brings internal mental ease. One session is an equivalent of four hours of deep sleep. In majority of the cases people feel happier, healthier and more positive after the first session – they are more self-confident and their sensory awareness is heightened. Each subsequent session intensifies and prolongs the beneficial results for the period of up to several weeks. Free floating in water causes the human body to assume the only position possible for the floatation process, the one which gives you a sense of full weightlessness. Our skeleton, our muscles, blood vessels and internal organs are free from any gravitational pull. Our body may take its natural position, without any tensions, strains or pressure points. When you stay in this particular position, you may get the unique, easily accessible form of deep rest. All muscle groups and joints can relax at the same time, free from their own weight.

Smart Mirror skin analysis - This specialised device analyses face skin parameters and offers immense help in the assessment of the current skin condition and the selection of skincare routine.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy - During the treatment pure oxygen at 3 atm is pumped into the chamber. It is assumed that thanks to that the blood absorbs several times more oxygen (in a phenomenon of higher saturation) than from normally breathed in air. It is of crucial importance to the condition of the whole body – even the parts with no vascularisation. Higher concentration of oxygen boosts cell growth and renovation in the bone marrow, outer skin and blood vessels. The hyperbaric chamber has found its use in the treatment of dozens of illnesses and ailments.

The Ryodoraku method of examination - The Ryodoraku method is a revolutionary combination of modern technology and the Far East philosophy used to perform full body diagnosis. It gives an opportunity for early diagnosis of any ailments and to apply a highly effective therapy. It also allows to balance out the energetic state of the whole body, to activate the self-healing process and to boost the immune system.

Cancel reservation:

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 7 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest for 20% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 20% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. The remaining amount is payable to the site upon check-in. If you choose a traditional transfer to the hotel's account, it is required to send a bank confirmation of payment to hotel@zamekryn.pl within 72 hours. The reservation of several rooms obliges the person making the reservation to settle the order with one bill.

Children policy:

Children up to 5 years old stay for free if they sleep on their parents' bed (please check the option in the add-ons). Maximum number of free children in full-paying parents' room - 2. Children aged 6-12 receive a discount on special offers. Children aged 13 and over are counted as full-paid. In some special offers, prices for children from 13 years of age may be lower.

Animals policy:

Pets are accepted. A daily fee of PLN 100 per animal applies. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel’s restaurant and should be leashed in public areas (dogs should wear a muzzle).
