The prestigious American Wine Spectator magazine every year evaluates wine cards - examining not only the offer of alcoholic beverages, but also the dishes associated with them in the menu.   To qualify for this award, you must have a card with at least 100 original wines, and the distinction is decided by the jury consisting of the best sommeliers in the world.   The Wine Spectator ranking has been created since 1981.   We are proud to announce that on this year's list - among the best restaurants in the world - there was the Refektarz Restaurant in the Hotel CASTLE RYN ****.   Thus, our wine list has been recognized as one of the best in the world.
