The flavour of foods is highlighted by specially selected wines gathered and located in the basement of the Hotel CASTLE RYN**** winery, where there are nearly 130 of their types.
That’s where the magical secrets of magical world of wine explore the sensory during private wine tastings and workshops.The uniqueness of these wines is expressed in the fact that – outside the property – are only available in selected wine region of Europe. Under the specially designed home wine Castello Castle Ryn hids juicy Sangiovese Rubicone and light Chardonnay , labels on the bottles of the same wine show a sketch of an impressive castle in Ryn.
In the range of wines, there are surprising dynamic wines, drinks served at the court of the King of Spain or a peculiar green wine from Portugal.
Additionally, efforts are being made to certify a drink “papal” with certificate of John Paul II. The number of bottles produced equals the number of days of the pontificate of the Polish Pope.
Love of wine shall also be forwarded at November “Bacchanal of Castle” - held in the castle courtyard, a wine festival where wine enthusiasts have an opportunity to exchange their experience, alike the wine importers, owners of hotels and restaurant heads.
Love of food, in turn, manifests itself in the organization of National Culinary Competition for Young Culinary Art Talent “I’Art de la Cuisine Martell”, where the uniqueness of flavours, originality of composition and methods of administration determine the main reward and satisfaction of the tasters.
