Basic treatment package for a 2-night stay:

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy - During the treatment conducted in the chamber, pure oxygen under the pressure of 3 atmospheres is administered. Oxygen at an elevated concentration stimulates cells to grow and regenerate, including bone marrow, epidermis, or blood vessels. The hyperbaric chamber has been used for dozens of diseases and ailments.

Floating - One session is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep. In most cases, after just one session, people feel happier, healthier, more positively inclined towards life, more confident, as well as their sensory awareness is increased. All muscle groups and joints can relax simultaneously, free from their own weight.

Sea buckthorn's vitamin C richness - Sea buckthorn oil has spectacular effects on the skin, moisturizes it, and makes it firm and smooth. It has a high content of vitamin C, protects against free radicals, and improves the skin tone. The ritual includes: a session in the sea buckthorn sauna with a full body peel, a nourishing wrap in a Soft Pack, a massage based on sea buckthorn oil, and an incredibly nutritious vitamin sea buckthorn shot.

Princess Anna massage (partial) - A signature massage of the Hotel ZAMEK RYN**** loved by Guests. An intense and energetic ritual based on refreshing oils. Thanks to the applied treatment techniques, it has pain-relieving and incredibly relaxing effects.

BOA Lymphatic Drainage - Pneumatic massage, also known as BOA lymphatic massage, is based on using a device for massage that consists of two cuffs put on the lower or upper limbs – depending on the needs.

This is a compression massage, consisting of alternating cuff inflation with air (pressure) and cuff deflation (reducing pressure). The pressure is applied in various sequences – alternately, smoothly or gradually.

The pneumatic massage provides the same effect as using traditional massage techniques - lymphatic massage. It stimulates lymphatic vessels and prevents congestion that results in swelling. Besides its therapeutic action, it is also pleasant, which is why many people consider it to be a relaxation massage.

Four-legged friends are welcome in the hotel room of the Owner (charge 100 PLN per day). The hotel's Refektarz Restaurant does not accommodate four-legged friends.

Hotel time lasts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

If you need a VAT invoice for your stay, please inform us in advance. Kindly note that from January 1, 2020, in order to issue a VAT invoice for the receipt, the taxpayer's identification number (NIP) must be provided before printing it - (Article 106b(5) of the VAT Act). This regulation does not apply to private individuals who do not conduct any business activity.

Cancel reservation:

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 7 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest for 20% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 20% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. The remaining amount is payable to the site upon check-in. If you choose a traditional transfer to the hotel's account, it is required to send a bank confirmation of payment to hotel@zamekryn.pl within 72 hours. The reservation of several rooms obliges the person making the reservation to settle the order with one bill.

Children policy:

Children up to 5 years old stay for free if they sleep on their parents' bed (please check the option in the add-ons). Maximum number of free children in full-paying parents' room - 2. Children aged 6-12 receive a discount on special offers. Children aged 13 and over are counted as full-paid. In some special offers, prices for children from 13 years of age may be lower.

Animals policy:

Pets are accepted. A daily fee of PLN 100 per animal applies. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel’s restaurant and should be leashed in public areas (dogs should wear a muzzle).
