This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 7 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 days. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest for 20% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment of 20% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. The remaining amount is payable to the site upon check-in. If you choose a traditional transfer to the hotel's account, it is required to send a bank confirmation of payment to hotel@zamekryn.pl within 72 hours. The reservation of several rooms obliges the person making the reservation to settle the order with one bill.
Children up to 5 years old stay for free if they sleep on their parents' bed (please check the option in the add-ons). Maximum number of free children in full-paying parents' room - 2. Children aged 6-12 receive a discount on special offers. Children aged 13 and over are counted as full-paid. In some special offers, prices for children from 13 years of age may be lower.
Pets are welcome. It is necessary to register your stay at the time of booking, as not all rooms allow dogs. The fee is PLN 100 per day for an animal. Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant or SPA areas, and they must be on a leash in public areas (dogs must be muzzled). The regulations for staying with a dog at Hotel Zamek Ryn**** apply.
