1. THAI oil massage (60 min.) - Performed with oils. It is a combination of Ayurvedic massage philosophy with acupressure techniques. It aims to improve the immune and nervous systems and accelerate the elimination of excess water from the body by stimulating skin pores.
2. THAI foot and leg massage (60 min.) - includes, among others, the massage of the sole, the top of the foot, toes, ankles, calves, and around the knee. By acting on the reflexology zones of the feet, the massage helps detoxify the body from toxins, improves sleep, relieves the feeling of "heavy legs". It also affects digestive processes, the hormonal system, lymph nodes, and the central nervous system.
